Antique Indian Architectural Carved Panel

A carved antique panel, which would have been either a lintel or the base pediment from a shuttered doorway or window. It’s a lovely chunky piece, with the wear and patina from a century or more. It has deeply handcarved, traditional details and remains of original paint. Now with brass plates attached for wall hanging, making this a fine, decorative and unique piece, which would also be perfect as a small shelf. Dimensions: height 8cm width 88cm depth 13cm
