Vintage armchairs by Jozef Chierowski 1960's

The armchair was created in unusual circumstances - the furniture factory for which chierowski worked burned down and the only salvation was to quickly resume the production of something simple, easy and able to be sold quickly. This is how a minimalist, small, noble piece of furniture was created and became a hit for the next 20 years. Today it returns to favor and has already become an icon of the 60's style in poland and beyond. Its small size makes it suitable for any interior. The items on display have been carefully restored, with new upholstery, and the wooden frame has been refurbished exactly according to the original model, which was also painted and varnished black.
