Early twentieth child convertible armchair

Convertible armchair for children early twentieth. Typical of the first productions whose house Baumann is originally in France. High and low position, with pyroetched drawing on the backrest and the tablet with 2 sets of balls (from 1914 to Baumann), small wheels in rubberized typefaces (before the period of the iron wheels and then in aluminium from the 1920s). It lacks the small tablet, but the room retains a beautiful decorative value in the State, in its original patina, especially in the low position where one takes advantage of the two decorations and the boars with original colors. The wood remained healthy, the solid structure and the caning of the seat was redone, it is impeccable. In high position, height 97 cm-width between armrests 28 cm-in low position, overall approx. 77 x 50 cm
