Seven-drawer crossbow chest of drawers

Louis XIV style chest of drawers with 7 drawers. The piece is made of solid mahogany and oak. Drawers assembled with mortise and tenon joints. Moulded gold handles. H 132cm W 67cm D 39cm. Large storage capacity. The defects of this piece: The front does not show any defects, and the drawers are also in good condition. At the back, a top and bottom rail, probably made of a fir-like wood, have been infested and have undergone treatment; there is no damage to the visible side of the piece, see photos. The left side of the piece shows reflections, see photo; this is likely due to the use of an unsuitable cleaning product, but it is not serious if the light is normal. The top has been redone and revarnished as it showed water or vase marks... only one mark persists, see photo; it is not visually significant as the piece is higher than most people's eye level! This is an old and solid piece in generally good condition considering its age and interesting price.
