Teak bookcase with shelves and lower cabinet section. Produced by Bodafors, Sweden, 1950s. Produced by Bodafors, a well-known Swedish manufacturer active throughout the 20th century, this bookcase features a structured composition with an open upper section and a lower cabinet with doors. Crafted in teak, it shows solid construction and an interior fitted with shelves and dividers, partly made of glass. The design reflects a transitional phase in Scandinavian design during the 1950s, where more traditional elements coexist with increasing formal simplification. Good condition. May show signs of age.
