Handcrafted piece full of presence and material, this large glazed stoneware jug signed “JMB VIII 78” captivates with its natural hues and deeply organic aesthetic. Made in 1978, this jug evokes the world of French studio ceramics from the 1970s: vibrant glazes, earthy and mineral colours, an authentic craftsmanship where each reflection seems to tell the story of fire, earth, and time. The shades range from chocolate brown, sand, moss green, to deep black, with a beautifully satin finish.
