vintage table lamp with chrome shield, Czechoslovakia circa 1920s

Originally used as a photo lamp by a professional photographer to create a great light in a studio in the beginning of the 20th century. This great vintage table lamps was produced in 1920s in czechoslovakia and used for many years. Now it serves as a table lamp with an original history and definitely unique design. Staning strong on a black metal construction, the lamp has a base and shield from steel in a high polished chrome finish. This gives the lamp almost a sculptural attitude even when not used. Original condition with a very little wear. Original cabelling still functional, but we can have it changed if the client wishes, free of charge. Works on one bulb, european plug.
