Teak cabinet by AB AJFA Möbelfabrik, 1960s

Teak cabinet with a sliding door and three drawers, produced by AB AJFA Möbelfabrik in Tibro. Swedish production, 1960s. Produced by AB AJFA Möbelfabrik in Tibro during the 1960s, this teak cabinet reflects the restrained language of Scandinavian modern design through balanced proportions and carefully executed craftsmanship. A sliding door is paired with a bank of three drawers, creating an asymmetrical yet harmonious composition. The carved applied pulls are among the cabinet's defining features, while the traditional dovetail drawer joints demonstrate a high standard of construction. The slender base, with tapered legs and softly rounded transitions between the frame and the cabinet body, lightens the overall appearance and enhances its refined character. Good condition. It may show some signs of age and use. Please pay close attention to the photographs. AE503
