Superb and monumental vintage vase in ceramic from West Germany, made by the renowned Dümler & Breiden factory in the 1960s-1970s. This remarkable piece features an iconic "Fat Lava" decor with a generous bubbly relief glaze in ecru/cream and chocolate/brown tones. The juxtaposition of the textured glazing and the satin-finished earthy body offers a beautiful interplay of materials. With its generous proportions and baluster shape, this large vase will have a strong presence whether placed on the floor or on a vintage sideboard or raw wood furniture.
