A period of one and a half months is necessary for the making of this vase. 100% French ceramic creations made by hand, under the Mediterranean sun in our workshop in Pézenas. Unique pieces for tableware & decoration. The Matisse collection pays tribute to the illustrious artist Henri Matisse. Having lived on the shores of the Côte d'Azur, he left a strong cultural heritage in this region where Loélia, the founder of Atelier Muses, is from. From his childhood, on the school benches, he was taught the colorful and dreamlike world of this artist who had a profound impact on him. "Through this collection, I wanted to pay tribute to this gentleman whose works have fascinated me since my earliest childhood. The sun, the birds, nature: so many elements that can be found in Matisse's works and that I wanted to highlight in my creations." Handmade in chamotte stoneware to order. For all orders, please note that a minimum of one month is required to make this object. Thank you for your understanding. This piece was fired once during its manufacture.
