Large mushroom lamp in woven rattan

Large vintage table lamp in the shape of a mushroom, characterised by a lampshade and a base structurally wrapped in a random-patterned rattan/wicker weave, mounted on four ball feet. Inside the weave is an orange fabric lining, typical of retro or bohemian design, which diffuses a warm light when lit. This creation, stemming from the design movement of the 1970s, was influenced by the Space Age movement. Its mushroom silhouette and the bold combination of the bright orange lining are directly inspired by the icons of the era, presented here in a more natural, organic, and bohemian version. Condition: Good overall condition in relation to its age and use. Structure in very good condition. The colour of the rattan is not uniform (brown or beige) A few light marks on the fabric (inside), the thread holding the fabric may be stretched in places. Wiring with switch checked.
