Charming antique serving dish in ironstone, dating from the late 19th century, from the Grand Dépôt Parisien Émile Bourgeois factory. Model with a refined decoration of broom and bindweed branches, enhanced by an elegant blue/grey floral motif. The scalloped edges give it a very beautiful table presence, both delicate and authentic. This dish was originally intended for serving soft-boiled eggs and has 9 recessed spaces for egg cups (egg cups not included). Today, it can also be repurposed as a lovely presentation dish for verrines, petits fours, or canapés. In very good condition for its age: no cracks or crazing, beautiful shine of the glaze, with a few discreet signs of wear consistent with its antiquity.
