Desk/School desk - Old - solid wood

We are selling a charming school desk, dating from the 1950s, very well made. This desk is made up of a solid wooden base with a spacer to place the feet, and a work surface with a hole for the inkwell and a channel for placing the pens. The patina of this piece of furniture is particularly pretty. The desk top lifts to allow a wedge to be positioned to provide a perfectly horizontal work surface. It includes a large interior storage space that we left as is (a few ink stains) to preserve the authenticity of the piece of furniture.
