floral vintage signed GCH – bouquet of flowers, 1993

Charming vintage floral painting depicting a generous bouquet of flowers in shades of pink, plum, green, and blue. The painting plays with visible texture and spontaneous brushstrokes, particularly on the large pink flower and the various foliage. The two vases in shades of blue and green add a lot of depth to the whole. The work is done on canvas and presented in its original dark blue frame, the colour of which complements the tones of the composition beautifully. It is dated 1993 and monogrammed/signed "GCH" in the bottom right. The artist has not been identified, so no specific attribution is made. A small decorative painting that is easy to integrate into a wall composition, on a shelf, or simply placed on a piece of furniture. Overall vintage condition is good.
