19th century Italian painting “Winter”

COD 01215. Italian painting from the late 19th/early 20th century. Oil on canvas, first canvas, artwork depicting a representation of Winter, a Child near a small fire, with excellent pictorial quality. The painting unfolds horizontally, adorned with a non-contemporary carved and gilded wooden frame. The composition is pleasing in its setting and luminosity, and the child is very well painted, wearing a distinctive headdress. The painting has a beautiful patina, with small signs of aging.
