High sideboard

Hand-patinated sideboard – unique piece inspired by Florentine patinas This antique sideboard has been entirely restored and transformed in my workshop, with particular care taken at each stage: from the preparation of the bases to the wax finish, including an old-fashioned patina created using traditional techniques. The patina, inspired by the Florentine style, reveals subtle effects of material, cracks and transparency that evoke the charm of antique 18th-century furniture. The shades have been worked in superpositions, with natural pigments (umber, sienna, etc.) to create depth and nuances. The whole is protected by a finish based on saponified wax and damar gum. It is a unique piece, designed to bring character and authenticity to an interior. It will be equally suitable in a chic country style decor, a family home or a cabinet of curiosities.
