Set of two antique corals on turned wooden base, 20 cm

Beautiful decorative set consisting of two specimens of naturalized corals, each mounted on an elegant turned wooden base with a brass stem. The first, a large branched white coral (total height of approximately 20 cm), has a dense structure and is in good condition, lightly patinated with natural cream and brown shades. The second, more compact (height approximately 13 cm), is a tubular red coral offering a striking chromatic contrast. Both pieces probably date from the mid-20th century and were prepared in the spirit of classic naturalist curiosities. Some small natural erosions are visible on the red coral, without structural fragility. The set is stable, aesthetic, ideal for a curio cabinet display case or marine decoration.
