Library Secretary

Secretary cabinet with flap of the 60s / 70s in oak veneer, spindle feet. Folding (tray dimension 80.5x38cm) hiding a work niche (81x33cm h.14cm) and shelf (81×18cm, h.22cm), the bottom of the furniture offers a storage space (81.5×30 h.39cm) closed by 2 sliding doors. Originally very dark, it was sanded to keep only a slight contrasting patina highlighting the veining of the wood then protected by a wax, the interior is painted in satin black. Very discreet traces of its age: scale plating low left side (see close-up), such as on photos (do not hesitate to zoom), elegant and perfectly functional line (stable, sliding, key...). Height 110cm, l. 85cm, p. 35cm.
