5 Henri II chairs in solid wood and neo renaissance leather nineteenth century

Suite of 5 henri II chairs in solid walnut and patinated leather. This henri II style is typical of the nineteenth century. All in good condition given the time. All chairs are lined with burlap under the leather, a guarantee of authenticity. The leather is held by large stylized old nails. The top of the backrests is set with sculptures of lion heads. These heads are very finely carved. We love them for the color of the very patinated golden leather, which plunges us into ancient history. The leather is original, it wears and patina marks everywhere as you expect from a skin over 140 years old. French work, neo-renaissance, circa 1880.
