Coffee table in smoked glass and chromed tubular metal attributed to Pieff, 1970s In accordance with the wishes of the man who would later become a designer of luxury furniture, this piece fits perfectly into the lineage of Italian design of the time whose key words were imagination and strong modern style. This table is resolutely modern thanks to the bold design of its inverted pyramid base made up of a superposition of bevel-cut chrome steel tubes, on which rests a smoked glass top which seems to levitate. It is also functional, thanks to its low height and its perfect proportions which will allow it to slide into the center of any living room to become the centerpiece. The table is in good general condition. It is entirely original and is offered to you in its own juice. Among the imperfections due to its age, note the presence of superficial scratches on the glass top and the metal tubes, as well as several chips on the chrome tips. The table has been carefully cleaned and restored to its original luster. It is ready for immediate use.
