Japanese bamboo rope handmade highback sofa

Beautiful unique low japanese rope and bamboo sofa, with a beautiful back, sold at conran shop (japan) in the 1980s. Conran is a high end shop. About themselves they write: "a name now synonymous with good design, the conran shop is a curated showcase of innovative and contemporary designs across furniture, lighting and home accessories. We are the home of considered design and curated living." This sofa is in very good condition. The base has a bamboo and metal frame, covered with rope. The back is just as beautiful as the front. Seating height is 28 cm.
