The Maximeub workshop offers you this vintage school or waiting bench inspired by Scandinavian industrial design (1960s–1970s). It features a tubular metal frame painted in burgundy/chocolate with six legs to ensure great stability. The backrest is made of mahogany/exotic wood plywood panels framed with solid wood mouldings. This is industrial furniture suitable for communal use (school, waiting room, administrative locker room, or gym). It is a healthy and robust piece. The wood has been stripped/sanded, ready to be oiled, varnished, or waxed. The paint on the frame shows a natural patina of use with some authentic chips. Uses include an entrance bench for putting on shoes, a dining table bench, or a waiting bench in a shop or clothing store. It is possible to apply a finish of clear matte or satin varnish, medium oak satin varnish, light oak satin varnish, golden oak satin varnish, or dark oak matte varnish for an additional €50.
