Durinox art deco mirror aperitif tray

Nice mirror tray with its 5 thick glass cups to present your seeds and dried fruits for an aperitif or more surprising, in decorative centerpiece with succulents. The whole thing probably dates from the 50s or maybe 60s. The label of the brand is still present: it is durinox. The top is made of different materials: wood underneath covered with felt, wood and aluminum for the handles, mirror circled with aluminum for the top. The whole is in good structural condition, still solid, whole mirror, ramekins intact, but has traces of its age and long life: the aluminum has some stains, the mirror has some scratches, the felt underneath is a little faded. Some gaps on the thick varnish (shellac probably) of the handles. Not yet mastering the technique of shellac, I blurred these gaps with anti-scratch markers and a layer of dark varnish, so the gaps that showed very light wood underneath, are no longer obvious at all. The top is 41 cm long, 26.5 cm wide. The ramekins are 4 cm tall, except the middle one which is 5.5 cm tall. The set weighs about 2.75 kg.
