Maison Jansen - Alain Delon Collection. Ivory lacquered wood console, with a base forming wide thick panels, angular papyrus fluting, and a protruding top, all highlighted with golden brass strips. A mythical collector's piece designed in the 1970s by Alain Delon for Maison Jansen. A metal plaque on the furniture bears his signature. The piece is in its original condition, generally in good shape but showing some cracks and small paint losses (see photos) that do not detract from its aura. H 76.5 x W 151 x D 35 cm.
