René le forestier (born in pontivy on january 17, 1903 and died in concarneau on september 4, 1972) is a well-known figure of the closed city of concarneau where he liked to install his easel to paint. On the spot, navies showcasing the fishing port and its sailors; he lived in concarneau and painted mainly brittany. Painter of great talent (listed), the many scenes of life he represented are precious testimonies on life in brittany in the decades of the mid-twentieth century.
