Rare pair of UCHIWA II wall sconces by Ingo Maurer. Original models from the 1970s. Lacquered rice paper and bamboo stem. Original electrification is functional, screw bulb, wire with switch, no direct connection (this can be done if needed). A UCHIWA label is present on one of the sconces. There are some signs of use/minor imperfections visible in the photos, consistent with the age of the sconces... One sconce is slightly curved at the top. Stunning, minimalist, airy. Available at Maquis in Avignon.
