An imperial touch to enhance your exceptional objects. Here is a rare Empire-style display case in flamed mahogany, made at the end of the 19th century and richly adorned with gilded bronzes. Inspired by the decorative movement of the Return from Egypt, it combines imperial symbols and ancient references: antique female busts, a Napoleonic eagle in coronation, plant friezes, and a laurel wreath. A sculptural piece, with a solemn and singular charm. This piece was repurposed by its former owners as a gun display case or closed rack, and can now accommodate large vertical objects: antique weapons, instruments, statues, or collector's items. Its deep red velvet interior accentuates its museum-like character. 📐 Dimensions: Width: 74.5 cm Depth: 41.5 cm Height: 179 cm Interior height between shelves: – 123 cm (main niche) – 34 cm (upper part) ✅ An additional shelf is included to adapt the height according to your needs Details: Flamed mahogany, beautiful patina Red velvet interior (removable) Bronze ornaments: antique heads, imperial eagle, laurel, palmettes Lion claw feet Good general condition / Some signs of use on the veneer at the bottom left (see photo) Solid structure and stable piece of furniture Why we love it: Because it tells a story. Between Napoleonic grandeur and a cabinet of curiosities, this display case transforms any space into a private gallery. And because with its slender line, its golden details and its theatrical red background, it attracts all eyes without ever forcing them.
