This onyx and chrome lamp, dating from the art deco period of the 1930s, is a perfect example of the elegance and innovation of this era. Equipped with two sockets, it has a square-section shaft resting on an octagonal base, decorated with chromed metal elements arranged in a cross. This geometric design is typical of the art deco style, which favors refined shapes and luxurious materials. The lighting system is fixed on a metal rod, ensuring a solid and stable structure. The lamp is crowned with a frosted glass bell shade, flanked by discs also chromed, ending in a small ball which ensures the fixing of the whole. This combination of materials and shapes creates a piece that is both functional and decorative, perfectly embodying the spirit of art deco. ******** period: 1930 excellent condition operational electrification (e14 bulbs small screw base) delivery possible in france and internationally.
