Set of 3 Cesca B32 chairs by Marcel Breuer

Set of three cesca b32 chairs by marcel breuer from the 1960s. This edition presents a chromed steel structure, a "natural" varnished solid beech frame with a canning backrest and a seat in original burgundy imitation leather. In creating the cesca chairs, marcel breuer sought to better celebrate the tubular steel already used for the creation of the "wassily" which led him to this cantilevered seat that will be one of the most copied models of the twentieth century. The cantilevered shape exploits the unique possibilities of tubular steel and gives the chair more flexibility and comfort. This chair is available in triplicate. One of the copies shows slight wear on the cane backrest. The wood has been weathered by time and also shows some normal wear and tear. Chrome and imitation leather are in very good condition on all chairs.
