Korès art deco desk clock France

Korès art deco desk clock (and not alarm clock), made in france. It has all the attributes of its time: the surrounding of the aluminum-colored dial, rounded at the corners and forming 3 "rods" set back from each other which gives relief to the whole, a dial with arabic numerals whose graphics are typical of the 30s or the marking of minutes by small squares, usually beige but black every 5 minutes. It is the same for the hands, especially the hour which has a hollowed out rectangle. Very original: the dial with beige background but with a large central square in aluminum color from which stands out the name korès on a red background. It is in very good condition of use and works without delay. However, it deserves cleaning and oiling because the winder is hard and it would be a shame to break the spring.
