Framed film photography. The frame is made of fruit wood marquetry. Photograph of a painting by the artist alphonse osbert taken in a museum between 1910 and 1920. The painting is entitled "towards the future", it represents a kiss. Typical representation of the period of symbolism. This is an old photograph of a work. This practice was very common in the early twentieth century. It made it possible to keep track of the works in the official archives and were sometimes sold at the exit of museums as a souvenir. Very nice photograph currently quite rare to find. We like it hanging on the wall or posing on a console. Dimensions: 29x23cm.
