Complete living room set with chaise longue and 3 armchairs: Directoire or Empire style

Period furniture, Directoire or Empire style (late 18th - early 19th century - with a Louis XV influence in the ornamentation): • gondola shape of the backrest, reminiscent of the so-called "bergère gondola" armchairs • sculpted ornaments, notably the stylized shell, symbol of travel and pilgrimage. • mortise and tenon assembly. • metal studding that follows the contours of the seat fabric. • sober and straight shape of the uprights and backrests. Reupholstered (seat, fabric, studding) in 2013. The fabric of the chaise longue has stained and colored areas. The fabric of the armchairs is in good condition, except for a repair on the large armchair (see photo with the coin) The wood (stained beech or solid walnut) shows signs of wear. One of the legs of one of the small armchairs is broken and requires repair. Measurements: Chaise longue.
