Magnus Olesen dining table by Thygesen and Sorensen

Beautiful Danish design dining table designed by Rud Thygesen and Johnny Sørensen for Magnus Olesen. This design dates from the 1980s and was produced in Denmark. The legs are made of bent beech plywood and the tabletop is black linoleum. The table measures 90 X 90 cm and has a height of 70 cm. Thanks to its compact dimensions, the table is ideal as a dining table for a smaller space, but also very suitable as a desk or work table. The design also combines beautifully with other Scandinavian classics, such as the model 45 chair by Alvar Aalto. Condition: The table is in good vintage condition with signs of use appropriate to its age and use. The linoleum top shows some scratches and the wood has developed some local discolouration, which fits the age of the furniture and adds to its character.
