Kwok hoi chan for steiner 1969. 2 orange plastic "pussycat" armchairs molded onto a triangular chrome tube footing. Small discolorations on the seats. Born in 1939 in hong kong, kwok hoï chan is an endearing figure in international design. He undertook studies as an architect. In 1966 he emigrated to england where he worked on the construction of the queen elizabeth 2 liner. He moved to france and began a long and fruitful collaboration with steiner. The works he created are among many of them in the design hall of fame of the 60s and 70s. He died in 1990 in hong kong.
