Magnificent Art Deco table lamp, made of silvered metal and frosted glass, from France. Circa 1940 - 1950. The lamp features a metal base with original patina, in a baluster shape resting on a circular foot. The finish shows natural wear that gives it an authentic character. The shade is made of high-quality frosted glass with a geometric engraving of horizontal bands and carved squares in reserve. This detail allows the light to diffuse evenly, creating a very architectural visual effect. Crowned with an ornamental detail in the shape of a flame or bud, a nod to the neoclassical style that was very popular in luxury lamps of the time. In very good condition, the photographs are part of the description. Dimensions: 44 cm in height and 13 cm in diameter. This is an exceptional collectible piece.
