Pair of stools with backrest by Étienne Fermigier, Mirima, circa 1975

A pair of stools with backs designed by Étienne Fermigier in the 1970s, whose seat shape is directly inspired by tractor seats. The perforated seats and backs are made of white lacquered steel and mounted on a central base in chrome-plated steel with a circular base covered in rubber. A piston system allows the seat height to be adjusted from 65 to 78 cm. Signs of use on the seats, backs, and bases. Seat height: 65 to 78 cm. Edition: Mirima, circa 1975.
