Necessary to write Art Nouveau in mother-of-pearl and carved pewter Belle époque Victorian fashion 19th century

Necessary to write for mother-of-pearl lady and gilded metal frame representing dragonflies with eyes enhanced with green stones. The necessary is composed of a pen, a paper cutter and a seal not yet engraved. Set presented in a cardboard case trimmed with velvet and cream satin, the green surface imitating leather, the borders gilded with small iron, the clasp in gilded brass. Each element takes up the same iconography characteristic of the art nouveau period. Piece of the late nineteenth century, in good condition, some wear on the case, some missing stones.
