Bleu noiir, a self-taught and multidisciplinary artist, has placed experience at the heart of his work. Impatient and free from all conventions, she likes to let her hands get busy, trying and learning in the moment. Each act undertaken responds to the need to create in the immediate future. It is from this state that his first textile project was born, a monumental embroidery based on a box spring. Tufting will then naturally impose itself in the continuity of his artistic research. Free from academic training, his creations reflect sincerity and spontaneity. Paradoxically, she develops with great mastery a wildly naive universe, inspired by her travels in asia. Bleu noir is agoraphobic, his anxieties translate into a need to exercise extreme control over his environment as well as over himself. Art allows him to transcend his disorder. After having prolifically expressed a darker part of his being through the graphic power of his collages, his tufted creations herald the advent of the second phase of this journey.
