American Klieglight Theatre Spot on Tripod

What a masterpiece! This huge theatre spot of the American brand Klieglight of New York, in the 1920s. We have never encountered this model before. And what a quality! The support and side parts are bronze and the other pieces are made of aluminum and metal cast iron. This lamp has a large ribbed aluminum reflector with a large glass lens inside. The front part where the lens is located can also be extended to increase or decrease the light beam. Naturally, this lamp has been completely dismantled and restored piece by piece and fitted with a layer of transparent varnish. In terms of electricity, this spot has a new fitting, a socket and a twisted fabric cord grounded. On the back under the mark plate is an aluminum switch. The iron tripod was painted very ugly and has now been stripped, polished and coated with a transparent layer. The tripod tube can also be elongated as shown in the latest photos.
