The baccarat crystal factory is a world-renowned crystal factory, located in the commune of baccarat, on the eastern edge of the department of meurthe-et-moselle, in lorraine. In 1855, baccarat participated in the first universal exhibition in paris and received the great medal of honor. Baccarat registered from 1860 its trademark on its coins.
