French bronze and crystal chandelier

Art nouveau style five light cage chandelier adorned with beautiful crystals droplets in various shapes and sizes.the chandelier is made up of a 3 sided cage formation to the top with decorative finial underneath. The scrolled acanthus leaf arms lead to acanthus leaf shaped candle drip holders and the candle drips are card and in keeping with the chandelier. The chandelier hangs from a 11 link decorative chain, bar and matching decorative ceiling fitting. The the bottom of the chandelier hangs a pretty faceted crystal ball.the light has its original french braided 2 core wiring which frayed in parts and takes 5 small screw in bulbs e14s. The bronze is in good condition with a lovely aged patina. It has been cleaned but not polished so you can decide on the finish. The crystal droplets are clear and in good vintage condition with no chips or cracks. Some crystals may have small nibbles nothing that detracts from their beauty. The candle drips in used condition with some wear. We take great care in wrapping our crystal chandeliers, but on occasion some of the crystals may work loose and its down to you to rehang them which is usually a simple process. All of the items we sell are second hand/vintage/antique and used, so please check the photos before purchasing as these form part of the description.
