Small Jobbana Morocco Fez 19th century butter pot with centipede and geometric decorations

Butter pot, jobbana, morocco, fez, 19th century with polychrome geometric decorations with pretty varnished reflections with button lid surrounded by a frieze with geometric patterns and stylized flowers surmounting a pot-bellied jar. Sides with so-called “thousand-legged” decoration both around the edge of the lower part of the lid and on the jar. Condition: two minimal chips on the inside of the lower edge of the lid, not visible from the outside and small cooking grains on the enamel, normal for the period, visible in the photos. No cracks. Dimensions: h 16.5 cm ø maximum 11.5 cm weight 491 g + careful protective packaging for shipping.
