Antonio Citterio modular Sity sofa in lavender blue leather for B&B Italia

B&b sectional sofa by antonio citterio, series sity. Goose down cushions, soft leather upholstery in dusty light blue, with a (very) slight 'pebble' texture. Over-all excellent condition, but might need new upholstery depending on new purpose. Once belonged in an artist's home in the 80s, and story is told that she had the whole living room decorated in this one particular dusty light blue, including carpets. When the second owners bought it from her, it looked like it had absolutely never been used. The sofa is actually part of a bigger sofa (including the signature rounded lounge-part of the sity-series, you can see this in the background on two of the photos.) I bought this part two years ago from the second owners, who never used this part of the sofa either. It was in excellent condition then, but has been a little more lived in now, unfortunately. The cat has scratched the beautiful leather upholstery, mainly on one side of the back rest - see photos. Good leather care can repair/mask this for the biggest part, but otherwise complete new upholstery is needed. Cushions and construction are still in excellent condition. The sofa consists of two parts that can be joined together in the shape of a corner, or as a straight sofa with one armrest. There are special clamps at the sofa legs that join them together so they won't slide. Dimensions: Two-seat part with corner: 170 cm X 94 cm. One-seat part without armrests: 84 cm X 94 cm. Seat height: approx. 38 cm. Height: 70 cm cm.
