Floor lamp Serpente white and beige Martinelli Luce 60s vintage

Serpente floor lamp. Circa 1965. Designer elio martinelli. Publisher martinelli luce. Made in italy. Floor lamp, made of metal and composed of a white opal methacrylate diffuser. Thanks to its rotating arm system that diffuses light, the serpente is steerable. This cult object of contemporary design is exhibited in several museums around the world. The floor lamp comes with bulb. Electricity works perfectly (but is probably not original) Only one small defect on the foot and also at the level of the globe: see photos. Good condition, even if it has the few small wear of its age = almost 60 years!.
