Beautiful and decorative, with no flaws, cracks or other damage. Relevant marks/signatures etc. Are present on the base of the lamp. The only thing worth mentioning is that the lead has become discoloured over time (gold mesh) It measures 22 cm in height (27 cm including the socket) and 17 X 9 cm in length/width. It weighs approximately 1005 grams. A bulb is included with the lamp. (Has a standard E26/E27 socket) Will be securely packed and shipped with insurence. About Haico Nitzsche: Haico Nitzsche is a German-Danish ceramicist best known for his work at Søholm Keramik on Bornholm, where he was production manager in the 1970s. He originally came from the GDR and worked in Sweden at Gustavsberg before moving to Denmark in 1974. At Søholm, Nitzsche helped to create a range of distinctive ceramic works, including stoneware lamps and bowls, often characterised by robust forms and simple glazes. His work was valued for both its functionality and aesthetics, and many of his pieces are still regarded today as sought-after collector’s items.
