Eames Shell Chair by Charles & Ray Eames. Model: Shell (Eames Lounge Chair) Designers: Charles and Ray Eames. Style: Vintage / Iconic design. Structure: Moulded fibreglass seat shell, fully upholstered in original brick red/orange fabric. Base: Fixed 4-legged base in white lacquered cast aluminium (specific to the La Fonda model). Sold in its original condition. Overall structure perfectly solid, stable, and sound. No damage to the fibreglass. Original wool fabric a bit worn, signs of use, discolouration, marked wear on the top of one armrest. Needs a good cleaning, minor restoration, or can be left as is for fans of true vintage patina.
