Set of 4 Empire style swan wall lights from Lucien GAU - gilded bronze and green patina

Superb series of 4 Empire style sconces, by the famous French bronzier: Lucien GAU. Manufacturer of the Faubourg Saint Antoine, in Paris. Manufactured in the second half of the 20th century. Manufactured in bronze. Original gilding and green patina, very good condition; note, a few small scratches in places without gravity. The sconces are decorated with palmettes and water leaves. The light arms are swans. They are electrified and tested. Cardboard candles, good condition with some missing parts. They are stamped on the back: LG (see last photo).
