Handcrafted bubble glass ashtray or catchall.

This very beautiful bubble glass ashtray features three discreet cigarette holders, making it just as charming and original as a catch-all. The design is minimalist, functional, and very elegant; it reminds me of Scandinavian design from the 1950s, but it's difficult to date this ashtray—it could just as easily be from the 1980s or 1990s. The glass is beautifully crafted, delicate, with walls only 3 mm thick, and the cigarette holders are simply "pinched." The glass contains fine bubbles that can be felt on the inner side; the effect under natural light is truly lovely, showcasing a beautiful artisanal work of high quality. It has no brand or signature, but in my opinion, it deserves to be signed—perhaps it was produced by workers from the Biot glassworks or another glassmaker offering bubble glass, before the brand was applied. It seems that this was common practice, but I have absolutely no certainty about it, especially since we are talking about downgraded pieces with slight defects, whereas I detect no flaws in this ashtray. It is in very good condition, with neither chips nor cracks, just a few small scratches on the bottom. It measures 13.5 cm in diameter and 4 cm in height.
