Pink and green wavy placemat

These beautiful woven placemats are made by artisans in Usiacurí, a vibrant city on Colombia's Caribbean coast. Using a traditional technique passed down from generation to generation, they begin by shaping a metal frame onto which they weave complex patterns using an Iraca palm. The result is an exceptionally detailed work of art that will enhance any table.
