Art Deco Amboyna burl double bed

Magnificent and very rare art deco double bed circa 1920. Probably lyonnais work sold at the time in the shop "au bon goût" of the decorator e.martin at 31 rue tupin in lyon (see photo of the label). Entirely in amboyna burl veneer, with curved headboard and footboard with grooved bronze rod ornamentation. 2 transverse slats support a bed base and its mattress for 2 people of 140x190 cm (not supplied). Dimensions 160x219 cm overall with headboard height 110 cm, footboard 67.5 cm, sides 26 cm. In superb used condition with a magnificent french polish, this very beautiful, ultra-high quality bed will bring a crazy chic to your room. For logistical reasons, the bed will be delivered disassembled but reassembly is child's play (an explanatory note will be provided).
